Do you ship internationally?
Yes! (December 2024 update: I can no longer ship to the EU or Northern Ireland due to new GPSR laws - a newsletter will be send with an update if I can figure it out in the future!)
What are the shipping prices?
Shipping is calculated by volume, please add items to your cart for shipping to be calculated.
Where is the order being shipped from?
Birmingham, United Kingdom.
How long will it take for me to get my item?
Orders are shipped ONCE A WEEK on MONDAYS.
After the order is processed, the time it will take for it to reach your address depends on where you are based. All orders are being shipped from the United Kingdom.
- UK: 2-5 days
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- USA, Canada, Australia & everywhere else: 2-5 weeks
Please keep in mind that these are approximate shipping times only, and may be affected by things like weather, strikes and the holiday season.

How can I change my address?
If you've ordered something with an incorrect address, please contact me at contact@moonlume.com ASAP quoting your order number. Please keep in mind that I can only change the address if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
Alternatively, if you have an account and want to change your address for future orders, you can do this by logging into your account in the top right corner.
Will my package have a tracking number?
If you select Tracked shipping at checkout, yes. Tracking is not available with Standard shipping.
I always recommend getting a tracking number, as without one, there will be nothing I can do if something happens to your package! Missing mail is rare, but it can happen.
Do you do wholesale?
