Processing times
Normal order processing time is 2-5 days. (Except for pre-order items which will have individual production and processing times.) See front page for any news about delays.
Shipping times
Orders are shipped ONCE A WEEK on MONDAYS.
After the order is processed, the time it will take for it to reach your address depends on where you are based. All orders are being shipped from the United Kingdom.
- UK: 2-5 days
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- USA, Canada, Australia & everywhere else: 2-5 weeks
Since December 10th 2024, we cannot ship to the EU or Northern Ireland due to new GPSR laws - a newsletter will be sent with an update if we can figure it out again!
Please keep in mind that these are approximate shipping times only, and may be affected by things like weather, strikes and the holiday season. See front page for any news about delays.
Missing items
Missing mail is rare, but unfortunately, it can happen. If your order hasn't reached you in:
- over one week (United Kingdom) or
- over one month (international)
please contact us at contact@moonlume.com.
Please keep in mind that while we will do what we can to help, we cannot be responsible for missing mail if you have checked out with "Standard shipping" and not "Tracked shipping".
